You want your event to be memorable and stress-free. The packages below offer you options and choices to customize your event to meet your unique needs.
Weddings
Wedding: Option ONE: Thursday- Sunday. This option gives family/friends time to decorate and take down. Chairs (110 total), tables (20 total), day-use of apartment, and on-site decorations included. Times as follows: Thursday 8 AM to 8 PM; Friday 8 AM to 10 PM (can use for rehearsal); Saturday 7 AM to Midnight; Sunday 8 AM to 4 PM.

Wedding: Option TWO: Saturday ONLY. 7 AM to Middnight. Set up, ceremony, reception and clean up all in one day.

White Tulle Hanging Display: A beautiful fabric draping can be rented. Owner will hang and take down.

Apartment: Overnight use per night. With wedding rental. Furnished apartment is complete with 1 bedroom with a queen bed; twin mattress, dressing room, a full kitchen, and a full restroom with shower. Air Conditioner/heater.

Party: Hourly. This option is for short parties such as showers and birthday parties. Chairs (180 total), tables (20 total), day-use of the apartment, and on-site decorations included.

Party: All day rental. This option is for an all day (24 hour) rental. Chairs (180 total), tables (20 total), day-use of apartment, and on-site decorations included.
